Karenina Castro California State Certified Court Interpreter #300521 Currently one of only three Certified Tagalog Court Interpreters in the United States, and the only one in Northern California, Karenina Castro has extensive experience in a wide array of interpretation and translation assignments. Since 1990, Karenina has performed as a Freelance Interpreter and Translator in countless criminal and civil court proceedings, administrative hearings, recorded statements, depositions, arbitrations, and medical evaluations all over the United States. A co-founder of Tagalog Interpreters, Karenina has acted as an instructor for other Tagalog Interpreters in language-specific courses. Karenina has an Associate Degree in Commercial Science from the Philippine College of Commerce and studied Business Administration at the University of the East in The Philippines.
